Hi, I'm Kim!
Hi! I’m Kim, and I founded Confidently Alive Method because I know how challenging it can be to learn to love yourself fully. Just 6 years ago I had an eating disorder, hated my body, was my worst critic, and was so insecure in all my relationships.
After I finished university I thought to myself, “I’m fed up with the relationship I have with myself, I want to love myself”. So I embarked on a mission of self-love and feeling confident within myself. Within a few years I transformed my relationship with myself and truly “fell in love” with myself.
As a result of totally accepting and loving myself, I travelled the world, manifested my soulmate (now husband and father of my child), started my own business, and now easily create long lasting and deep friendships, have a beautifully honest relationship with my family members, began to thrive financially, and live my life with ease.
And through Confidently Alive Method I help other women heal their relationships with themselves and confidently love themselves.
I wanted every woman to experience the transformation I did, so I put together a programme that teaches all the necessary steps to learn how to feel confident, reconnect with your body, and see all your relationships thrive - all within 90 days!

We’re going to map out your dream life so that you can feel excited about your future yet happy in the present moment. You will learn how to connect with your intuition/Higher Self to become your own best friend.

This stage is all about mindset shifts and empowered positive thinking. You will receive the tools to be able to thrive in any challenge, totally accept who you are, release self-criticism, be socially confident.
